We pride ourselves in the efficient use of and respect for our time together. Dr. Cullinan and his great staff are committed to on-time appointments for every patient.

With the help of our Ortho II Orthodontic Management System's "Doctor-Time" scheduler, daily templates have been established to efficiently schedule patients with different types of appointments throughout the day.

Our patients always comment on how nice it is to be seen at their appointment times, be treated in an efficient and friendly manner, be checked out for their next appointment and be on their way.

Morning Huddles: In preparation for the day with our patients, a “morning huddle” with the staff is held 15 minutes prior to the first appointment of each day. We use this time to review the schedule, discuss the best ways to serve each patient throughout the day, and coordinate our efforts for continued success. If you arrive early for one of the first appointments, come in and make yourself comfortable. We will be ready for you promptly at your scheduled appointment time.

Automated Appointment Reminders

Our Orthodontic Management Software allows for automated appointment reminders via text and/or email. Please respond to these reminders to confirm your appointments. Ultimately, successful treatment outcomes depend on regular professional supervision and we appreciate your efforts to keep your scheduled appointments. Missed appointments represent lost time and opportunities to help another patient who could have been scheduled in your time slot. We recognize and understand that sometimes “life gets in the way.” Out of respect for everyone’s time, please call the office ASAP if you are unable to keep your appointment or if you need to change your appointment.
